Operation of coal-fired water heaters:
1. When the boiler is put into operation, the circulating pump should be started first, and the furnace temperature can be raised only after the circulating water of the heating system is circulated.
2. Frequently check the temperature of boiler discharge and return water, and do not exceed the specified temperature.
3. Sewage discharge should be carried out under low load conditions, at least once per shift. Each discharge point should be carried out, not only in one place, but not in another place for a long time.
4. When the boiler is in operation, the personnel on duty shall earnestly implement the post responsibility system, strictly observe labor discipline, and shall not leave the post without authorization or do anything irrelevant to the post.
5. After the pot is pressed, the boiler water temperature should not rise.If the phenomenon of vaporization occurs, the discharge valve should be opened quickly, and the emergency water supply pipe should be opened at the same time to replenish water into the furnace.
6. Coal leakage and ash leakage in each air chamber should be cleaned regularly so as not to affect ventilation and burn out the grate.
7. The boiler shall maintain the stability of working pressure in operation, and it is strictly prohibited to exceed the allowable pressure. The water retaining elbow of the pressure gauge should be rinsed at least once a month.
8. For the boiler safety valve in use, manual or automatic discharge test should be conducted on the safety valve once a week to prevent the spool from sticking to the pot seat.
9. During the operation of the boiler, it is strictly prohibited to repair the pressurized parts of the boiler under the condition of pressure or high temperature of the furnace water, so as to prevent hot water from ejecting and injuring people
