Operation of coal-fired boilers:
1 when the boiler is put into operation, the circulating pump should be started first, and the furnace temperature can be raised only after the circulating water of the heating system is circulated.
The boiler should maintain the stability of working pressure in operation, and it is strictly prohibited to exceed the allowable pressure. The water retaining elbow of the pressure gauge should be rinsed at least once a month.
The boiler safety valve in use should be manually or automatically discharged once a week to prevent the spool from sticking to the pot seat.
4. When the boiler is in operation, the personnel on duty shall earnestly implement the post responsibility system, strictly observe labor discipline, and shall not leave the post without authorization or do anything irrelevant to the post.
After the pot is screwed, the boiler water temperature should not rise.If the phenomenon of vaporization occurs, the discharge valve should be opened quickly, and the emergency water supply pipe should be opened at the same time to replenish water into the furnace.
The coal leakage and ash leakage in each air chamber should be cleaned regularly so as not to affect ventilation and burn out the grate.
7. Check the temperature of boiler discharge and return water frequently and do not exceed the specified temperature.
Discharge should be carried out under low load conditions at least once per shift. Each discharge point should be carried out, not only in one place, but not in another place for a long time.
During the operation of the boiler, it is strictly prohibited to repair the pressurized components of the boiler under the condition of pressure or high temperature of furnace water, so as to prevent hot water from ejecting and injuring people.
