Features of electrostatic precipitators:

1. Low resistance.Since the flue gas does not turn or collide with other objects after entering the electrostatic precipitator, and the flow rate is low, the gas resistance is very small, the pressure loss is generally 200Pa, and the series of four electric fields will not exceed 300Pa.The resistance of an esp is only 1/5 to 1/8 that of a bag filter, a cyclone or a venturi.

2. High dust removal efficiency and stable operation.Can choose according to the need of the dust removal efficiency of the electric precipitator, general two electric field dust removal efficiency can reach 98%, three electric field dust remover up to 99%, four electric field and five electric field dust remover efficiency can be 99.9% and above, as long as the conditions permit, can continue to improve the efficiency.In addition, its dust removal efficiency is relatively stable, after running for a period of time, the efficiency does not decline much.
