Introduction of the structure
This type of boiler adopts double-drum vertical structure and d-type layout.The furnace chamber adopts full membrane water cooling wall, and the flue gas is three return journey.External economizer and condenser for boiler flue gas outlet.
The main features
Boiler structure is simple and compact, D - type layout, boiler water volume, full combustion space.
The water circulation of hot water boiler combines natural circulation with forced circulation to ensure the safety of water circulation.
Full membrane water wall structure, high thermal efficiency, no leakage of natural gas, safe operation.
The burner is arranged horizontally in front of the front furnace for easy observation and maintenance.
Energy-saving devices are arranged at the rear of the boiler to recover the latent heat of vaporization of water vapor.The energy-saving device adopts spiral finned white steel tube, which can prevent corrosion and improve product life.
Imported brand burner is adopted, all components are imported, with the technical characteristics of electronic proportional adjustment and low NOx emission.
Burner includes filter, gas leak detector, gas pressure switch, PLC program controller, flame probe, actuating servomotor, ignition transformer, electric damper and crack fitting, etc.
Adopt advanced control system, mainly including boiler vertical console and instrument, circuit breaker, contactor, PLC programmable controller, circuit breaker, terminal exhaust, outlet and return water temperature transmitter, exhaust smoke temperature transmitter and so on.
