Introduction of the structure
Yingkou luyuan boiler is A class A boiler manufacturer, the boiler is A double pot barrel horizontal arrangement, the furnace chamber water cooling wall for the light tube and membrane wall water cooling wall.Small capacity boiler tail is cast iron economizer and tube type air preheater, large capacity boiler tail is serpentine tube convection tube bundle with tube type air preheater.
The main features
1, large water capacity, natural circulation, not easy to power failure vaporization.
2, heavy steel support, sufficient heating surface, high thermal efficiency.
3, the longitudinal rush of flue gas convection tube bundles, pipe wall is not easy to accumulate dust, flue no dead Angle, the long-term operation efficiency is basically unchanged.
4. Large-capacity water furnace can adopt membrane wall water-cooled furnace structure, and its tail can be combined with snake-shaped tube economizer and tubular air preheater to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler to 83%.
